Senior Manager, Speakers’ Bureau - will oversee the day to day operations of a client speaker bureau(s). The manager will assist director as being the liaison between the client and L&M providing reports, updates, and metrics on a weekly or as needed basis by the client. Senior manager will help mentor speaker bureau coordinators with coaching and best practices. Must be experienced in all aspects of meeting management related to the medical/pharmaceutical industry (all logistics including site selection, restaurant contracts, F&B details, travel, destination services, database management, financial management ( including budgeting and reconciliation). Have the ability to attend meetings onsite if requested. Understand and execute the client’s compliance rules and regulations. Have the ability to engage client on speaker bureau best practices and offer solutions. Excellent organizational and communication skills required and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
